** these hearts were painted across the bridge this morning, and then later Don and I went biking and the hearts had been washed away. I was so glad I had the memory – and the reminder…we can choose Love in each moment and design our life with/in Love.

There is a crystal clear blue sky that happens in Oregon, a deep resonate blue that infiltrates your being, becomes your breath and the sweet fragrance of clarity and gratitude waft like the blooming roses near by.
These are the days we experience life with more zest – you know it, because it seems the whole town is outdoors somewhere, on the bike path or walking along the river…and we are all smiling!
This morning, was one of those days, only even better. That is, for the kids anyway – school was out for a day.
If you were there, you would have seen this grandmother and her granddaughter having breakfast together and witnessed the joy and love between them dancing in their eyes, the laughter and sparkling conversations lighting up the restaurant.
Sometimes we think as adults we are here to teach our children and make them become something we have in mind – oh, but what I have learned – our children are here to teach us. Their wisdom is so pure, spontaneous and flows in innocence every day. I wonder how much passes us by?
Eager for breakfast and yet so taken with the aliveness happening outside – together the two sat in awe gazing at the indescribable beauty on the other side of the window glass. The pink and white cherry trees were in full bloom, azaleas and every spring flower planted was smiling so bright.
In childlike sheer enthusiasm and spontaneity, the granddaughter was already out there in her mind’s eye touching those delicate blossoms. She suddenly had this amazing idea – why couldn’t she make it ‘snow’ blossoms? ….. so after breakfast – it ‘snowed’ blossoms and as they floated down, a Sign of Love kissed her eye!
Oh to see the possibilities, ease and ‘it is done’ as a child.
…and if there was ever a Sign of Love that would touch your heart, it would have been these two hearts sharing the joy of life together.

I had some fun looking at a crazy long word that we think of when we see a butterfly emerging from the chrysalis….and I found Love there!
‘Me’tamorphosis’ begins with ‘me’, of course! All change begins with ‘me’!
As I looked closer at the beginning of ‘metamorphosis’, the word also starts with 2 other words in 2 languages…met and amor (amor is‘love’in Spanish), the most beautiful encounter of our life.
If I were to describe a transformation within – is it not a ‘meeting of love’ within? There is a recognition and rejoicing in the deepest part of our heart, the part of us that IS us that is so eager to express and freely be.
Finally, the language of our mind merges with the language of our heart. A genuine knowing of the divine love of who I am, and who you are, who we all are and the joy of feeling that immense love, then owning it.
I believe this is the beginning of an incredible change that represents infinite freedom.
Living and breathing in your heart, the essence of who you really are will move you into a flow of grace. Grace that connects us at the deepest level of love for all things, yes, ALL things.
Love is all powerful, so when in every cell of our being we know the Love that we are, there is a sense of true power that permeates us.
We feel the Love that we are, and we automatically see others as the same divine being of Love that they are.
I invite you to pause for a moment and be in your own divinity, then look across the room at whoever you are with and witness them as a divine being, noticing Love and Light being their authentic being.
I have found when I feel and see others as they are, (seeing myself first as I am) as powerful divine beings of love and light, in that moment it’s impossible to see anyone as a victim, we only see and feel our divine power.
What a profound gift to give each other.
A metamorphosis that gives us wings. I’m all in – are you?
