** this heart rock was in Ashland Creek at Lithia Park in Ashland, Oregon. I used to walk beside this creek and listen to it sing while I repeated a mantra ‘breathe in Love, breathe out fear’ . Sometimes I’d sit on a rock and let the ‘living’ water flow through my hands and fill my spirit up.

** It was a lovely summer evening in Eugene, Oregon and as I walked out on our deck, I silently in gratitude acknowledged the one rose bush that always seems to have 3 roses blooming at once. Symbolically some say that when you see 3 of some thing that it means there are heavenly beings very close. This rose especially blessed our day – a Sign of Love that moved me to deeper gratitude for the quiet beauty in which Love is. May Love bless your life.
