HEART DIARY
30 Signs of Love
Step into this year knowing you are seen, loved and adored.
Look for Signs of Love they surround and remind you in the simplest, common and ordinary ways.
**I love this anthuriam plant – every morning I wake up to 30 Signs of Love smiling at me. As we step into this new year – I wish for you that you wake up to Love – the deep knowing you can trust life, that you are deeply loved and held. When things get rocky, look for a Sign of Love and be reminded – ‘everything is going to be okay’, you are noticed, your faintest sigh and softest cry is always heard.
loving you,
Theresa

It was left sitting by itself in the bottom of her mom’s salad plate!

reflection of love in sacred geometry
You are sacred. You are loved.
May Love be the reflection you see – Look for Signs of Love today.
**It’s Christmas Day here in the United States, a day of celebration, loving and sharing, I loved that this ammonite with the light reflecting a heart, was the Sign of Love image for this day.
The amazing sacred geometry of the ammonite represents to me, one loving inner step at a time that builds upon the other, spiraling up and up and up – to grander and more expanded, abundant life each step of the way. This is my heartfelt wish for you.
May your holiday be filled with love.
my deepest love to you –
