30 Signs of Love

30 Signs of Love

Step into this year knowing you are seen, loved and adored.

Look for Signs of Love they surround and remind you in the simplest, common and ordinary ways.

**I love this anthuriam plant – every morning I wake up to 30 Signs of Love smiling at me.  As we step into this new year – I wish for you that you wake up to Love – the deep knowing you can trust life, that you are deeply loved and held. When things get rocky, look for a Sign of Love and be reminded – ‘everything is going to be okay’, you are noticed, your faintest sigh and softest cry is always heard.

loving you,
Theresa

the disappearing heart (remarkable story)

the disappearing heart (remarkable story)

Love makes an eternal imprint.

You are always loved and adored. Look for Signs of Love today.

A first happened this morning:
I’ve been sick since beginning of December.  This morning when getting out of bed,  I had a sip of water.    After turning on my light and re-arranging my side table,  I saw the sweetest thing:
A heart on my medicine diary.     The only thing that I can figure that happened — a small amount of water fell from my lips and formed that sweet heart.
Feeling sick and tired of being sick and tired  :):),    YOU  KNOW how that touched my spirit to the core.
There was no way I could find my camera and take a picture.    By the time I went to my kitchen for more water and returned,   it had dried and gone…..    But,   not gone from my heart……

MERRRRRRRRRRY CHRISTMAS……THANK YOU FOR DAILY INSPIRATION…

love bows down at our feet

The ground we walk on is filled with Love – sustaining our life.

Give thanks for Signs of Love from the earth.

** a piece of a leaf broken off in the shape of a heart happened to fall on my mother in law’s dining room floor, quietly laying there for us to notice…love is everywhere, even at our feet.

‘lett-uce’ (let us) love

‘lett-uce’ (let us) love

Love is served to us each day.

Serve someone a little Sign of Love – a smile, a hug, a flower or maybe a note of appreciation.

** I had just shared with Magdalena Zaveizo from Chile my vision and mission of “Look for Signs of Love”, and then it was lunch time so we went our separate ways.  After lunch, Magdalena came up to me so excited. She handed me this napkin with the little piece of lettuce in the shape of a heart.  It was left sitting by itself in the bottom of her mom’s salad plate!

reflection of love in sacred geometry

reflection of love in sacred geometry

You are sacred.  You are loved.

May Love be the reflection you see – Look for Signs of Love today.

**It’s Christmas Day here in the United States, a day of celebration, loving and sharing,  I loved that this ammonite with the light reflecting a heart, was the Sign of Love image for this day.

The amazing sacred geometry of the ammonite represents to me, one loving inner step at a time that builds upon the other, spiraling up and up and up  – to grander and more expanded, abundant life each step of the way.  This is my heartfelt wish for you.

May your holiday be filled with love.
my deepest love to you –
Theresa

May you find Signs of Love at your feet, in and all around you.

**It was a winter wonderland here in Eugene a few weeks ago, and on the sidewalk, the snow had melted into this perfect heart!  I stopped in my tracks and smiled at this Sign of Love making my day.  Theresa Gooch – www.lookforsignsoflove.com
