HEART DIARY
when things don’t seem loving
Imagine Love.
Signs of Love appear when we see things differently, then things change.
**photo by Karen Reed from Boston Massachusetts who took this while visiting the Oregon coast. She decided to ‘make’ a sign of love with a long strand of seaweed. Sometimes it’s hard to see love – so if we accept what’s before us, then see it differently, things rearrange and I have found Love will appear.
loving you,
Theresa
through a child’s eyes
Playful, colorful and happy – Love laughs.
Do something fun, and let your heart sing – it’s a Sign of Love.
**photo taken by 6 year old Etta B. from Charlevoix, Michigan.
Excitedly pointed out that peacock feathers have colorful hearts in the center!
Signs of Love at the South Pole!
Love is here in every climate.
May a Sign of Love warm your heart and reassure you today.

The most obvious heart is the one on the table – however, there is a snow heart on the mountainside to the right! Is that cool or what!!
loving you,
Theresa
small gestures of love
Loving thoughts create beauty.
One small thought of Love can change the landscape of our life.
Ponder Signs of Love today.
** photo taken at the Belknap Secret Garden in Oregon. Walking through the secret garden in the fall is beyond amazing, and this fall was no exception! The contrast of the little green heart leaf caught my eye…and I smiled. A little sign of Love winking at me.

frequency of love
Love vibrates to the color green.
Notice nature today – and all the green. Signs of Love are everywhere.
**photo taken by Alisha Randall in Encinitas, California at the meditation gardens one afternoon of quiet reprieve. It’s a beautiful garden overlooking the ocean with many little spots to ‘be’ – this tree trunk has a heart center that holds the ‘spilling over’ lovely green plant…just as Love goes and grows on and on.
loving you,
Theresa
just discovered
Look for Signs of Love.
Have you missed ‘seeing’ a sign of love in someone close to you?
**Lingling was 4 years old when we got her, and this January she’ll be 12. I have held her, rocked, bathed and played with her for 8 years – and for the first time ever – 2 weeks ago I saw this perfect heart on her upper leg. (just below her paw to the left) that has ALWAYS been there and I just NOW saw!
I wondered how many signs of love I overlook in a day from those I mingle with, conversations I hear and every day experiences. Theresa Gooch –www.lookforsignsoflove.com
from the window of my heart
From the window of our heart – we see Love.
Look for signs of Love today.
**from my kitchen window, I glanced through the trees and the space between the leaves created heart, a sign of love that opened my heart that afternoon. The heart is near the top of the photo towards the middle slightly left.

astounding sky heart (sign of love) in Chile
Love is Light.
Lighten up, be free & light as a feather.
Shine brightly – they are all Signs of Love.
** There’s more than one heart here, but the most spectacular is the heart with the brilliant sun rays shining through.

**photo by Maggie Billings, Eugene, Oregon –
walking into work on Valentines Day, Maggie saw this heart in the pavement – she doesn’t know what it was – it was just there. She says – ‘ I’ve looked for this heart SO MANY times since then, but it was just a little angel kiss on Valentines Day.’
