** It’s a stone wall at beautiful Lithia Park in Ashland, Oregon. I’m reminded the most valuable boundary is the one that says ‘yes’ to ourselves. I heard Byron Katie say one time…she always says ‘yes’ to herself, and sometimes a ‘no’ is her yes to herself.

** Jan Kinney from Aspen Colorado was given a packet of seeds that had been blessed, and on the envelope was written ‘blooms of love’. Jan blessed the seeds again as she planted them. A few days later she noticed a seedling had wrapped itself around the other and made these 3 little hearts. Love is like that too – it grows in gentle quiet, multiplying love and goodness.

Simply Love – and trust change that seems as a snails pace
Look for Signs of Love bit by bit
**snail tracks on the sidewalk! Sometimes simply loving – being in Love inside, sharing a smile, reaching out in a gentle kindness to another, speaking kindly to ourselves and wrapping ourselves in compassion – can seem so insignificant, and we think nothing has changed…or will change. This little snail left a reminder for me, that I can trust the power of Love even if changes seem as though they are at a snails pace. In Love there is no time and space…

** Sitting on our deck one early morning the sun lit up this spider web, and as I walked closer to appreciate the intricate beauty of how amazing a spider can weave something so amazing – I saw a little heart woven in it’s web. (my husband didn’t see it at first – so if you need a hint, it’s at the far left midway in the photo)
