little Love goes a long ways
Love and kindness, even in little ways- echo through eternity
Trust the smallest Sign of Love.
** this little Sign of Love nature had carved out was smiling at the end of a very long log at Sahalie Falls, Oregon.
All the ways we Love and show kindness, even if it seems insignificant to us – carve Love in hearts and ways we may
never know about. Trust that every little bit of Love goes a very long ways…like all the way to eternity and back.
loving you,
Theresa
break bread with Love
Love changes everything – even what we eat
Give thanks with Love for what nourishes you
** this little Sign of Love showed up from some jam dropping off a piece of bread while our daughter, Abby Gooch (www.lifeforceconnection.com) was breaking bread.
It’s a reminder to Love all that nourishes us.

universal heart (symbol) remarkable story
What’s in the heart symbol?
the joy and essence of life – (remarkable story- scroll down
Have you ever wondered where the universal heart symbol originated?
In every part of the world the symbol is understood, just as ‘love’ itself
is understood universally.
Love – the language of the heart, no matter where
we are, who we connect with – if we are ‘loving’, people ‘get it’.
When I first started the Look for Signs of Love project I wondered myself
where on earth the symbol started and how it could become so universally known.
Then last week someone brought the subject up and asked if I knew, which set
me to do this little research.
From what I read – the heart symbol can be traced back to 10,000-8,000 BCE,
meaning before the last Ice Age where pictographs were discovered in
Europe. No one knows for sure what meaning the symbol had at that time.
It was in the Middle Ages – the heart symbol became a universal symbol and
it’s meaning of ‘love’ has evolved over all these years.
I believe the meaning of ‘love’ though, will continue to evolve within each of us,
as we entertain more loving thoughts about ourselves, each other, and as we reach
out in kindness to one another in genuine acceptance.
The true essence of Love permeates our being; it’s the sweet fragrance that expands and wings our words to reach the heart.
Love is the breath that breathes us, connects us together in the oneness of what we all share in together –
and the more oneness we know and experience, the deeper richer, more expansive Love will continue to evolve inside us.
Wishing you the experience of great Love beyond your wildest imaginations, and the knowing
that Life is ..Love

Love the elixir of Life
Love is the ‘living water’ – the elixir of Life itself
Drink deeply from the wellspring of Love – it gives you life.
If you look just right – it’s a Sign of Love floating at the top of the water.
In sacred text water is referred to as ‘living water’ –
we could not physically live without water, our physical-ness is made up mostly of water.
Love is the ‘living water’ of our soul and spirit –
it is what keeps us alive, Love promises abundant life if we partake.
Drink deep – there is an infinite source and supply.
loving you,
Theresa
heart seas only Love
A look standing in our heart, sees Love first
Notice where you stand today – and Look for Signs of Love
This amazing wooden heart, a Sign of Love shaped by the sea was found by Jeanette Philips from Eugene, Oregon.
Here’s what she said..’Beach walking again. This time this black wooden heart was lying on a tangle of sea weed at low tide, the only wooden heart I have ever found. It’s small about 1 inch and sitting on a piece of ancient sea glass that I also found on the beach. This delicate piece of wood is a treasure.’
