The best boundary is to always say ‘yes’ to you

. . .and know that sometimes a ‘yes’ to you, is a loving ‘no’ to another.  Look for Signs of Love today.

** It’s a stone wall at beautiful Lithia Park in Ashland, Oregon.  I’m reminded the most valuable boundary is the one that says ‘yes’ to ourselves.  I heard Byron Katie say one time…she always says ‘yes’ to herself, and sometimes a ‘no’ is her yes to herself.
